Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack the Items

  Place the unused items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all yarn labels and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized shipping point; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
